Glazed Tile 600mm×600mm×10mm Test Report

Ceramic tile is defined as an impervious tile with a water absorption of 0.5% or less. There are, however, many instances in which tile not meeting the international quality standard is advertised and sold as ceramic tile. Marketplace confusion, installation problems and even liability concerns can result when non-porcelain tile is misrepresented in the marketplace. In order to prove that our tile is ceramic - meeting the 0.5 % water absorption, and properties & features excellent, we had our product tested to determine compliance with that requirement.

The ceramic tile test report was given by National Center of Supervision and Inspection for Ceramic Sanitary and Plumbing Fixture which is an authoritative inspection agency of product inspection! The test results for Hanse Glazed Tiles 600×600 comply with the requirement of the standard GGB/T 4100-2015 Annex G and the type A requirement for the decorative materials of the standard GB 6566-2010, means that the test is passed and it’s only responsible for the samples.

Test Items Passed

The test items include size and difference, straightness of sides, rectangularity, surface flatness, surface quality, water absorption, breaking strength, modulus of rupture, frost resistance, crazing resistance, resistance to staining, resistance to household chemicals & swimming pool salts, static coefficient of friction, as well as resistance to thermal shock, impact resistance, moisture expansion, surface abrasion, resistance to low concentrations of acids and alkalis, etc, they all passed the technical requirements. The exposure index both for internal and external achieved Type A.
